We ship everywhere!
All items are packed with care and shipped within 2 - 4 weeks of order placement. If you have any immediate shipping requests, questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each item. We ship each package using the most effective method depending on the final destination, and all taxes, duties, and brokerage are the responsibility of the buyer. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
If you are located within the Edmonton area, contact us if you would prefer to arrange a pick-up from our downtown Edmonton studio.
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession, a refund will be issued via original method of payment.
In order to qualify for a return, you must contact us at email@example.com for specific instructions. We will provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment.
